Cub Scout Organization

Pack 15 is the only Cub Scout Pack in Pleasantville. The pack is comprised of ~10 dens of children. When you join a den, you join the pack.

Dens

Your den is the primary group you meet with to complete adventures for your current rank.

Leadership

Each den is led by two (or more) adult volunteers, who schedule and organize each meeting. We also have pack leadership that organizes events for the entire pack.

Boys and Girls

Pack 15 is a family pack, which means we are open to both boys and girls. Dens are specific to a single gender, but different dens are able to meet together as long as we follow Youth Protection rules.

Charter Organization

Our generous and supportive charter organization is Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Pleasantville. Though we have this strong connection, our pack is non-denominational and we have Scouts from many different faiths. For any reverence adventures, we often ask that Scouts complete those with their families.

Training

All adult volunteers must complete Youth Protection training biannually to ensure we're providing the safest experience for our Scouts. There are regular additional opportunities for training to help provide a better Scouting program.
